Introduction

My son made this appetizer for Mother's Day. I entered it to figure out how much I would pay for indulging in this rich treat. I was surprised to find out that a 1/4 cup serving was not as bad as I thought! Use nonfat ingredients and this would be a pretty darn healthy appetizer! My son made this appetizer for Mother's Day.
