12 tbsp Simply Jif Peanut Butter
4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
.33 cup Honey
.25 cup, chopped Walnuts
4 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
2 oz choxie dark chocolate cocoa nib (by ITSAMARATHON)
2 serving Nestle Semisweet Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp
2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
Directions
Melt peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup in small pan on stove.Add 1 cup oatmeal and mix in. Add one cup of add-ins like nuts, chips, or dried fruit. Spread in a 9 x 9 pan and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut into 16 bars
