Introduction

Delicious replacement for mashed potatoes. Delicious replacement for mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

    1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw
    1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    6 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese
    1 cup Fage Total 2% LF Greek Strained Yogurt

Tips

This fast, easy recipe is a great alternative to mashed potatoes!!!


Directions

Steam or microwave cauliflower until soft. Place hot cauliflower in food processor or blender and blend till smooth. Add pat of butter and the Fage yogurt & blend. Then add the black pepper and parmesean cheese, blend & serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
