    2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat
    3 oz Fletcher black forest ham (by LOVELYNEWME)


Serve on spinach and topped with salsa or tomatoes. You can put the veggies in the omelet too.


Place mixture in an 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
