Ingredients

    14 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted (cooked & shredded)
    12 tbsp Frank's RedHot Wings Sauce: Hot Buffalo (by CFEDOR10)
    454 grams Beans, pinto (1 can)
    1 large Onions, raw (sweet onion, chopped)
    908 grams Tomato Sauce (two 15 oz cans)
    418 grams Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style (1 can)
    1 cup Salsa
    14 tbsp Diced Green Chilie (by GOALAGAIN) (8 oz can)

Directions

Dump everything into the crockpot and stir well. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired, along with crackers and celery.

  • Incredible!
    I ate this with reduced fat crumbled blue cheese and reduced fat sour cream and celery sticks. It's tasty with just the right amount of heat for my tastes. If you like more spice, you can always add more hot sauce. - 2/6/16
