A VERY EASY and QUICK cookie to make that requires NO BUTTER!!!! When the cookies are baking ,the WHOLE HOUSE has the spicy scent wafting in the air~! Get out the milk for these chewy darlings! Ingredients

    1 serving Betty Crocker Spice cake mix 1 bx (by WCOLWELL)
    .50 tsp Ginger, ground
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .25 cup Molasses
    6 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .25 tsp Baking Soda

Tips

VERY STICKY DOUGH! GREASE cookie sheets WELL with shortening!!! Do not use hands to work the dough! Use a cookie scoop or ice cream scoop to drop dough onto cookie sheet by tablepoonfuls!


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2.Grease cookie sheets with shortening~I use CRISCO.
3.Using a metal cookie or ice cream scoop, drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
4.Bake @ 375 degrees Farenheit for 13 to 16 minutes or until cracks appear on the top.

Serving Size: makes 26 2 inch to 3 inch cookies
