1 small banana, mashed
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed Meal
2 tsp Honey
1 dash Salt
2 large Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Blueberries, (optional)
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Tips
Drizzle on a little honey or maple syrup and serve with coffeeeeeee!
Directions
Mash the banana. Mix in the eggs. add the almond flour and flax meal. Stir in the vanilla, honey, baking soda, salt and blue berries.
Spray a griddle with cooking spray and set to Medium-High. Spoon out batter into 4 inch circles. Cook for 2 minutes and flip. Cook for 2 minutes more until cooked all the way through.
Serving Size: Makes 6 pancakes. 3 pancakes per serviing
