    1lb Ground Turkey
    1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 TBS Olive Oil
    1 Cup Red Pepper Chopped
    1 Med. Onion Sliced Thin
    2 Stalks Celery Chopped
    1 Medium Tomato Chopped

    Oriental Sauce
    2 Cups Chicken Broth
    2 TBS Soy Sauce
    4 Tsp Corn Starch
    2 Tsp Sugar
    2 Tsp Vinegar


Mix together turkey meat, bread crumbs, egg & garlic powder and form into patties. Heat pan w/olive oil. Cook turkey patties approx. 3 minutes on each side. Prepare oriental sauce and pour over meat and bring to boil. Add peppers, onions & celery. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. When there is 2 minutes left, add chopped fresh tomatos.

Serve over pasta or rice.
