Ingredients

    1 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv
    1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    0.25 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
    2 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick) Pepperoni

Directions

Spritz 1 portabella mushroom cap with cooking spray, then sprinkle 1/4 tsp Italian herbs on the inside. Broil for a few minutes, until the mushroom starts to darken. Pour off any liquid, and add 1/4 cup marinara sauce to the mushroom. Top with 1 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese and 2 slices chopped pepperoni. Broil until the cheese has melted.
