Ingredients

    2 oz Tnuva Feta Cheese
    2 medium Cucumber (peeled)
    4 serving Roma Tomatoe - 1 medium (by CARIELT)
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    .25 cup Olive Oil
    1.5 tbsp Lemon juice
    10 jumbo Black Olives
    2 tsp Oregano, ground
    0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    1 cup Chicken, stock, organic, boxed (Costco) (by NICKY820)

Directions

Chop all of the vegetables and combine into a bowl
In a smaller bowl mix olive oil lemon juice and oregano.
Add dressing to vegetables
Sprinkle feta and olives over the salad and mix together.
