Ingredients

    8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh
    0.5 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 and grease muffin tin. Mash bananas in bowl. Add eggs and mix. Place berries in each muffin tin. Pour batter over berries. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
