    Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free Pizza Crust - Whole Grain Mix (follow directions on mix)
    2 serving Brown Egg Organic Kirkland (by LLSTRAUB)
    2 tbsp Olive Oil

    16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, shredded
    2.5 serving butter garlic spread
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1-2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
    .5 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, diced
    .5 oz Real Greek Feta, crumbled


If the pizza is too thick, it will not back through. Make sure to spread the crust out enough.


Follow instructions on Pizza mix package.
Spread pizza with garlic butter, top with spinach, tomatoes, olives and feta. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes, depending on preference.
