Introduction

This is a quick salad for one or you can make 2 sandwiches out of it. This is a quick salad for one or you can make 2 sandwiches out of it.

Ingredients

    4oz of chicken breast no skin chopped
    1 med apple with peel
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
    1 Tbsp of Low Fat Mayonnaise
    2 tsp of Honey Mustard

Directions

I cook my chicken breats in my Pampered Chef microwave cooker. Chop breast up fine or put in food processor. Add chopped onion, apple, pickles, mayonnaise & mustard. Can eat salad with reduced fat crackers or makes 2 sandwiches. You can also add grapes and/or boiled egg if you want. Delicious and quick.
