.33 tbsp Honey
1 dash Salt
26 oz Shady Brook Farms Turkey Breast
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw
6 clove Garlic

1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Tips
The marinate can be made to marinate the turkey in advance. The cauliflower, garlic, and broccoli can be sliced in advance as well.
Directions
Prepare the Ginger Lime marinate for the turkey:
Ginger, Lime Juice, .66 tbsp honey, 1 dash of salt. Set aside. Pierce the turkey repeatedly with fork tines to tenderize the meat. This will allow the marinate to fully infuse the turkey breast. Pour the marinate over the pierced turkey and allow it to rest for 30 minutes, turning it over four times, piercing repeatedly right before the meat is turned over. While meat is marinating, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare the broccoli: cut into pieces your preferred size. Set aside.
Prepare the cauliflower: slice the cauliflower into small pieces no more than 1 or 1 & 1/2 inches. Mince 6 cloves of garlic. Mix in with cauliflower. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and garlic. Sprinkle salt over the cauliflower and garlic. Place in large cooking pot with a lid. Place in the oven (heated to 400 degrees.) Set the cooking timer for 40 minutes.
Place saucepan on stove, turn the stovetop to high heat. Put a 1/4 cup of marinate in saucepan. Once the marinate boils, put the turkey breast in the saucepan with the remainder of the marinate, allowing the marinate to return to a boil. Turn the turkey every minute for 3 minutes. Then, place the browned turkey in a separate baking pan and cover with a lid or aluminum foil. Place in the oven to bake while the cauliflower continues to bake (it should bake for at least 30 minutes.)
Once the turkey and cauliflower are done, remove the turkey from the marinate and put the turkey on a plate to slice. Pour the marinate into a separate pitcher for marinate.
Boil 1 cup of water in saucepan on the stovetop. Once the water has boiled, place broccoli in boiling water for 6 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender to toothpick.
Serve and enjoy!
