Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
    1 cup Half and Half Cream
    2 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g)
    2 cup Kroger Casserole Cheese Finely Shredded (by BECKYBOO3174)
    2 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese
    2 tbsp spicy mustard
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp garlic powder
    30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g

Directions

Cook raw cauliflower in microwave 5 minutes until tender-crisp and pour into 8x8 casserole.
Combine all other ingredients (except for breadcrumbs) and slowly simmer in small sauce pan until melted. Pour over cauliflower and top with remaining shredded cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until bubbly. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
