0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
12 oz Winco Asian Blend Steamable Vegetables
1 tbsp Chicken Boullion granulated
1 tbsp arrowroot flour
5 oz boneless chicken breast - raw (by KATHYMD0518)
Tips
Substitutions can be made for most the ingredients-
arrowroot- flour, corn starch
bouillon granules- cubes
any oriental vegetable mix- 12 oz. size will work.
Directions
Cube chicken and cook in nonstick pan over medium high heat.
When chicken is almost cooked through, add the vegetables (frozen or thawed) and water, stirring until the vegetables are heated through and juices are boiling. Turn the heat to low and bring to a simmer. Add the arrowroot (or regular flour or corn starch. Stir until thickened. My arrowroot instructs not to boil while cooking.
Serving Size: Makes one serving- a huge pan. Excellent choice for a hungry day.
