Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    1/2 cup Milk, 1%
    3/4 cup, frozen pitted Sweet Cherries
    1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened

Tips

I have had some brands of frozen cherries that had the occasional pit in them, which aren't nice ground up! To prevent that, I now cut the cherries in half first, to find the ones with the pits.


Directions

Place the dry, uncooked oatmeal in the blender, and process until it's ground to a fine powder.
Add the yogurt, milk, cherries and cocoa powder, and blend until it's smooth.
If it's too thick, add a little more milk.
