    *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 12 oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup (remove)
    *Spinach, cooked, 2 cup (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 4 serving (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Marjoram, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Fennel seed, 1 tbsp (remove)


Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl, combine ricotta, parmesan, spinach, and half of herbs.
Spray a 2 quart glass baking dish with non stick spray.
spread cheese mixture into dish.
Top with tomatoe sauce and cheese.
Bake in oven for 3 minutes.
