Ingredients

    1 ripe banana
    1 cup fresh or frozen berries
    (e.g. strawberries, raspberries)
    1/2 cup fat-free milk
    1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1/2 cup ice

Directions

combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pout into a tall glass and serve.
