PACK SOME FOLATE ~15%, FIBER ~9g~AND PROTEIN ~20g~ INTO A SANDWICH ~THE BEANS HAVE 7g in per 1/2 cup serving !High Folate !~However ~ HIGH SODIUM ~832mg!!!!
It IS a very flavorful ,quick & easy sandwich ,but as it is taken from CANS ,the sodium is HIGH!

    4 serving Kroger Premium Shredded Chicken Breast w/ rib meat in water ~ 2 oz. per 1 serving
    3.5 cup KROGER ~GREAT VALUE~DARK RED KIDNEY BEANS ~100 CALS PER 1/2 C SERV.
    6 serving BUNS ~BUNNY ~12 RESTAURANT BUNS~120 PER TOP+BOTTOM SET=1 SERV.
    .25 tsp Cumin seed
    0.25 cup CHEESE~KROGER ~MOZZARELLA~FINELY SHREDDED ~1/3 CUP=1SERV.
    8 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream

Tips

A filling sandwich that is HIGH IN FIBER,FOLATE ,AND PROTEIN,BUT UNFORTUNATELY, also HIGH IN SODIUM!


Directions

1. Open the can of chicken,drain the juice and mix with sour cream ,cumin,mozzarella cheese.
2.Open the can of dark red kidney beans,drain the juice,rinse {rids the beans of less sodium~but I do not know by how much ,so original levels of sodium are listed} ,and add to the chicken mixture.
3.Put the chicken mixture between the two buns. Enjoy!
