    0.25 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    8.0 tbsp Hellmanns low fat
    1.0 serving tobasco
    2.0 tbsp pickle juice

Directions

Place chicken in slow cooker 14 or 16 oz raw. Season S&P, bay leaf, some onion, green pepper, celery, garlic. Cook until it falls apart. Cool pull a part. Blend with chopped fresh veggies, seasoning, mayo, tabasco, pickle juice, S&P Serving Size: 4 servings of 4.5 oz
