Ingredients

    2 tsp Pepper, black
    9 serving Great value hashbrown (by STARZYPHER)
    0.5 cup sargento extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp Onion - Dried, Minced, McCormick
    2 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

This simple basic recipe can be dressed up hundreds of ways.


Directions

Preheat skillet to 375 degrees.
Melt butter and spread evenly around the pan.
Add hash browns. Pat down lightly. Add 1/2 the seasoning.
Cover. Cook without stirring for 8 minutes.
Turn. Add remaining seasoning.
Cover and continue cooking 8 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
Cover and heat 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: makes 5 eight ounce servings
