Ingredients

    1.0 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)
    0.75 cup, flaked and pieces Blue Crab
    2.0 tbsp Sour Cream- Ralphs fat free sour cream
    0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1.0 slice (1 oz) Muenster Cheese
    0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    0.5 cup Peas, frozen
    0.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1.0 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon

Directions

Cook bacon, remove from pan and add onion, garlic ,tomatoes and peas. Add sour cream, milk,cheeses and mix till cheese is melted. Add crab and bacon and cooked pasta, mix together. Eat
