* White Bread, 0.25 cup, cubes (remove)
* Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
* American Cheese, 0.2 cup, diced (remove)
* Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
