Ingredients

    4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    100 gram(s) Egg - Egg Land's Best Organic Eggs (1 egg = 50 grams)
    16 tbsp Natrel Lactose Free coffee cream 10%MF (by GRENOD)
    2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    0.25 tsp Baking Soda
    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal

Directions

Beat eggs, add vanilla and cream, beat.
In separate bowl, combine flour, soda, flax and salt. Then add to wet ingredients. Stir until combined. DO NOT OVER STIR. Pour batter, do not flip until completely cooked or they will break.
