Ingredients

0.50 small Onions, raw
3 serving Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp
20 oz Canned Chicken breast--White Premium Swanson
8 serving Publix Light Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
3 serving Birds Eye Steamfresh Sweet Peas (peas only)
8 serving Light Brown Rice, Meijer (1/4 cup uncooked, 3/4 cooked)
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
When rice is nearly done, Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet.
Saute onion and peas. Add rice and cook, stirring frequently, until the rice begins to brown.
Break apart chick into thumb size chunks.
Add chicken. Season with garlic powder and soy sauce.
Cook until heated through.
Serving Size: makes 13 one-cup servings
