Number of Servings: 12


    0.5 Applesauce
    0.5 cup Brown Sugar
    1 large Egg
    0.5 oz Orange Juice
    1.5 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    0.5 tsp cinnamon
    2 cup raw graded carrots
    3 tsp brown sugar


Cream together Sugar and Applesauce
Add egg and juice, mix well
Add dry ingredients a little at a time, mix well
Add carrot, mix well
Pour mixture into 12 greased muffin cups
Bake at 350 for 20-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
** These can be frozen after cooling, for great quick breakfast.
