    3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    7 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    8 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    8 oz Velveeta Cheese Product
    3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    .12 tsp Pepper, black
    .12 tsp Cumin seed


Delicious potato soup ! Goes well with hot -from -the- oven- TAKE and BAKE Ciabatta loaf of bread. Buy from Kroger's and bake at home in 10 minutes!


1.Cut and quarter potatoes,microwave 18 minutes til tender.
2.Place cooked potatoes into large pot and mix with 2 containers of chicken broth.
3.Mash potatoes with broth until texture is smooth.
4.Transfer mashed mixture into blender in about 5 parts and puree each until very smooth.
5.Pour finished potato mix into a second larger pot;continue until 4 out of 5 parts are done.
6.Finely cut scallions and celery separately.
7.Place cut scallions into 5th and last mashed potato portion.
8.Blend potatoes and scallions slightly.
9.Place 5th portion of potatoes and scallions into main potato mixture,place on simmer, or low.
10.Mix in ONE cup milk ~stir frequently.
11.Microwave celery covered with water on HIGH for about 5 min.,or until tender to taste.
12.Drain water and place cooked celery in soup.
13.Mix cumin and pepper in.
14.Place 1 cup of water into SMALL pan and cut 1 CUP of VELVEETA CHEESE PRODUCT cubed into pan.
15.Heat on HIGH until cheese is mixed with OTHER CUP of milk consistently.
16.Pour melted cheese into soup.
