Ingredients

    3 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.50 tsp Turmeric, ground
    0.75 tsp Turmeric, ground
    1 tsp Salt
    1.5 tsp Lime Juice
    3 clove Garlic
    6 tsp Ginger Root
    114 Onions, raw
    450 Spinach, fresh
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tsp Cumin (ground)
    4 tsp Cumin (ground)
    (1/4-to 1/2 tsp) 2 gram(s) Raja Foods Swad Chilli Powder
    (1/2 to 3/4 tsp) 4 gram(s) Raja Foods Swad Chilli Powder
    800 grams Tofu, firm (2 pkgs)

Tips

This is wonderfully spicy . . . for the milder appetite, reduce the chili pepper to your liking.


Directions

Saute (lightly caramelize) on medium the onion in heated oil for 5-15 minutes. Add following ingredients and stir fry (turning often) about 4-5 minutes (until totally wilted, keeping brilliant green color.
450 grams Spinach, fresh
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
114 grams Onions, raw
3 clove Garlic
4 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1)
6 tsp Ginger Root
4 gram(s) Raja Foods Swad Chilli Powder (by AERALYNNE)
.75 tsp Turmeric, ground
1 tsp Salt

Rest from heat 10-20 minutes. Add 3/4 cup water, cilantro and lime juice and puree in blender.

Combine 2 tsp cumin, .5 tsp chili pepper, and .5 tsp turmeric.
In melted butter, add half the spiced. Add the cubed tofu and grill on a medium/low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle the other half of the spices on the tofu top side. Turn and grill another 10-15 minutes.

800 grams Tofu, firm (2 pkgs)
2 tsp Cumin (ground)
2 gram(s) Raja Foods Swad Chilli Powder
.5 tsp Turmeric, ground

.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap (an ice cube or two) to cool and blend.
