Ingredients

    1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato (diced)
    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    1.0 serving(s) Trader Joe''s Spicy Jalapeno chicken sausage (sliced)
    2.0 tsp Garlic
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 1tsp Coconut Oil

Directions

Saute sweet potato and garlic in coconut oil until potatoes are almost done. Add the sausage and egg and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Add sea salt to taste.
