Ingredients

6 Bars Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bar, Cinnamon
1.5 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 cup Milk, 1%
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
In medium bowl, mix crushed granola bars, oats, almonds, baking powder and cinnamon. In another medium bowl, beat milk, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla with whisk. Add to oat mixture, and stir to combine.
Fill muffin cups three-fourths full; top with berries.
Bake about 25 minutes or until set. Cool slightly before eating.
If desired, freeze any extras on a sheet pan until solid. Once frozen, seal in freezer bag, and store in freezer. Reheat in microwave in 30-second to 1-minute increments until warmed through.
