Introduction

Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    3 serving Banana, fresh 1 small 6" to 6 7/8"
    0.25 cup Butter, unsalted
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    24 tsp Truvia Baking Blend (by JDADDY73)
    24 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cup flour, white , Robinhood all purpose unbleached (by NEW-BEGINNING)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    0.75 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)

Tips

Scoop make 30 cookies.
If you use tablespoons, it makes approx. 36 cookies, then adjust calories.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer add butter and sugars and whip until smooth.
Add bananas, eggs then vanilla and whip until fully mixed in.
In a small bowl, sift all the dry ingredients together, then slowly stir into banana mixture until fully blended.
Scoop cookie mixture with cookie scoop and put on baking sheet making sure to leave enough space.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool then store.
Fold in chocolate chips.


Serving Size: Makes 30 cookies.
