Introduction
This a first try at some keto friendly brownies. This a first try at some keto friendly brownies.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

.5 tsp Baking Powder
4 tbsp truvia or sweetener of choice
3 Eggs Large
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour finely ground
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsn Coconut Flour (I used organic)
8 Tbsn Butter
Tips
Play around with the coconut or almond flour. These were a bit dry maybe add a little coconut oil and remove the coconut flour. Or even add an extra egg. Up to you.
Directions
1. Mix the butter and sugar sub. together
2. add the other ingredients. I used a mixer and my cocoa went everywhere.
3. place in well greased 8 inch square baking dish.
4. Bake at 180C/350F for 15 to 20 min until center is cooked
Makes 12 pieces.
these did turn out a bit dry the first time, I think I will adjust the coconut flour, and almond flour ratio. Or remove it all together.
