Introduction

Kefir is cultured milk. I'm not a big fan of it on its own, but I sometimes drink it with a drizzle of honey and it is downright delish in this smoothie! Great for breakfast, snack or dessert! Ingredients

    1 cup 1% kefir
    1 small banana (about 6")
    8 medium strawberries
    2 tsp. honey

Directions

Pour kefir into blender. Add banana, strawberries and honey. Blend for about 1 minute, or until thoroughly blended.

Makes 2 servings (I didn't measure them, but I think they were about 1 cup each).
