    10 wheat tortillas (low-carb)
    4 ounces light cream cheese
    1 Tbsp + 1 cup skim milk
    1 tsp cumin
    3 cups cooked chicken
    2 roma tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1/2 tsp red pepper
    1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese


Combine cream cheese, 1 Tbsp milk, and cumin. Add chicken and finely diced tomatoes and green pepper. In another bowl combine 1 cup milk with soup, sour cream and red pepper spice. Mix 2 Tbsp into cream cheese mixture. Place 2-3 Tbsp of cream cheese mixture into tortilla. Roll up and place in greased 9X13 pan. Top with remaining soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes - covered. Top with cheese, bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes.
