  • Per the Nutritional info: Egg, fresh, 2.00 large, Lemon Juice, 1.00 lemon yields, Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2.00 cup, Baking Powder, 0.25 tsp, Granulated Sugar, 0.50 cup. The juice of a whole lemon seems like a lot; The bean cakes are dense but very nutritious. I haven't made. - 4/11/09

  • I made this and it was pretty good, but I think it would be better if I knew a little more about the ingredient amounts. I must have used too much/little of something because it was a little dense. The flavor was nice though. - 7/27/08
