    6 pieces of bacon dieced
    2 oz Green Onion - Raw - Chopped
    1 clove Garlic
    4 tsp Bacon grease for frying
    salt, pepper, and paprika to season with

Directions

cook bacon, remove and set aside. Leave in fat, add cauliflower, cook 2-3 min. add in seasonings. cover and cook until tender about 5 min
