Ingredients

3 cup great value garden rotini pasta
3 tsp Salt
2.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
1/3 cup Butter, salted
3/4 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 lb cooked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into bite size chunks
2 cup Cheese, 2% milk shredded, Mexican style four-cheese blend3 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Canola oil cooking spray
Tips
Prep can be messy but the taste is worth it!
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, add 2 teaspoons salt and pasta. Wait for reboil. Stir frequently. Cook until al dente. Drain.
3. Steam broccoli.
4. In a large saucepan melt butter; stir in flour and milk and whisk until mixture boils and thickens. Add 1.5 cups of cheese, salt, and garlic powder and stir until blended.
5. Add steamed broccoli, chicken, and drained pasta to cheese sause in a large bowl. Mix well.
6. Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
7. Spoon mixture into dish. Cover with .5 cup of cheese
8. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
