    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    4 egg whites


Combine dry ingredients. Add oil, milk and vanilla. Mix for 1 minute using mixer. Add egg whites and mix on 'high' speed for 1 minute or until smooth and fluffy.
