Introduction

Using left over turkey or roast a 'turkey piece for the meat, remove bone and skin
I used 8 'foil' bake pans and divided the pie crust to cover top only.

Ingredients

    1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1/2 cup Butter, salted
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    2 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
    950 grams / 4 Cups Cooked Mixed Dark & White Turkey meat only

    1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake or use your own recipe (adjust calories accordingly
    Poultry Seasoning, Salt, Pepper to taste.

Directions

Defrost pre-made pie crust / make your own
In frying pan:
Stir fry together, butter, onion, celery, 5-10 minutes, add rest of ingredients, add chicken soup and chicken broth, mix well together
Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste

Fill foil containers 2/3 full -

Roll out defrosted pie crust and cut into 8 strips to top filling.

Place individual pies in zip-lock bag and freeze

To serve - place frozen pie in oven at 350 F and bake for 40-60 minutes until nice and hot and pastry has bround
