    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp


In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, egg, and seasonings. Once well mixed you will create 7 round balls. Then flatten each ball in the palm of your hands. In a skillet add 1tbsp of olive oil. Cook patties at medium heat. Cook each side about 5mins or until golden brown.
