    1/4 cup unsweeted apple sauce
    3/4 cup Splenda
    2 eggs
    2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
    1 cup mashed bananas (ripe)
    1/2 cup nuts


Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and pour into 24 muffins. (appr. 1.5 TBS each) and bake for 30 - 40 minutes.

  • These muffins taste good! They didn't rise as much as regular muffins and they stuck to the liners, but this is my first time cooking with Splenda and applesauce. Over all, this is a great replacement for regular banana nut muffins! - 1/11/09
