Ingredients

    4 cup Flour, white
    2 cup Buttermilk
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line 10 inch cast iron pan or dutch oven with parchment paper. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly add buttermilk and stir until well combined. Dough should be too sticky to knead and too thick to pour. Stir less for a rougher, more rustic crust or stir more for a smoother crust. Put dough in pan and and evenly distribute. Bake 30 minutes or until nicely golden. Makes a nice chewy bread.
