    4 Turkey Breast Cutlets (I used Honey Suckle White brand)
    Grill Seasoning for Chicken or Poultry


Sprinkle each side of the cutlets liberally with the grill seasoning. Rub it onto the meat to ensure that it will stick.

Cook the cutlets on a grill 4-5 minutes on the first side (depending on the heat of your grill) When the first side is cooked, flip the cutlets, then spread the cooked sides with barbecue sauce.

Cook the second side for 2-3 minutes (depending on the heat of your grill) When the second side is cooked, flip again and spread this side with barbecue sauce. Let the cutlets cook for about another minute or so. Serve. 1 cutlet per person
