Ingredients

    2.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .5 cup Butter, unsalted
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Salt
    .33 cup Granulated Sugar
    .33 cup, chopped Pecans
    .75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A

Directions

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add butter and combine until butter is incorporated in tiny pieces. Add pecans and and sugar. Mix and add milk. Divide dough in half, pressing each into a circle. Cut each circle into 6 pieces and bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned Oven 425 degrees.
