Ingredients

Directions

1. Turn on your stove to the highest heat then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a wok and place it on the stove. ü 2. While the oil is heating, crack 4 eggs into bowl. ü 3. Whisk the eggs with a whisk or a fork until the egg yolk and egg white are evenly mixed. ü 4. After whisking, use a measuring cup to measure 100mL of water, and add it into the whisked eggs. ü 5. Now that you have added water into the eggs, whisk it again for 30sec. ü 6. The eggs are ready to be "scrambled", so pour the egg mixture into the heated wok. ü 7. Now mix the eggs in the wok with a spatula. ü 8. Keep mixing the eggs till they start to have a lighter color and look solid. ü 9. Now they are ready, and can be served evenly onto 2 plates. ü 10. After serving, add as much salt and pepper to your liking.
