    3 Chicken breasts cooked and shredded
    24 Jumbo Pasta Shells
    1 Jar Prego Traditional Sauce
    2 cups shredded 2% mozzarella
    15 oz part skim ricotta
    15 oz fat free ricotta
    4 TBS low fat parmesan
    1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach
    1 TBS garlic powder
    1 TBS Italian seasoning
    2 lightly beaten egg whites


Cook shells according to package directions.
Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray, and spread with 1/2 cup sauce.
For filling, mix 1 cup mozzarella, all riotta, 2 TBS parmesan, spinach (thawed and well drained), garlic powder, italian seasoning and egg whites. Stuff shells, and place in pan. Top with remaining sauce and cheeses. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes.
