    2 tsp oilive oil
    1.5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion
    1 cup sliced carrots
    4 cups broccoli florets
    1/2 cup vegetarian stock
    1 tbs chopped fresh dill
    1/4 cup nutritional yeat
    1/2 tbls corn starch
    1/2 tbls cold water
    1/2 cup slivered almonds


Heat oil in skillet add garlic, scallions and carrots saute for 2 minutes, add broccoli and cook for 4 minutes more. Add stock, reduce heat to low and add dill. Stir in yeast. Make past of cornstarch and water add to pan with almonds. cook for 3 minutes stirring often.
