Ingredients

    ˝ cup cottage cheese
    2 ounces cream cheese
    1 tablespoon fruit preserves
    1 cup chopped, fresh fruit
    2 (8-inch) tortillas

Directions

Place the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and preserves in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Spread half of the cheese mixture on each tortilla and top each with ˝ cup of the chopped fruit. Starting at one end, roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the cheese and fruit.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings.
