Buttercup Roast Salad Buttercup Roast Salad

Ingredients

    Buttercup (Pumkin) - Half a pumkin
    Olive Oil - Best to get Spray on Olive oil
    Sunflower Seeds - 100 grams
    Potatoes - 4x potatoes average size
    Avocado - 2x Avocado


Directions

1 - Turn on Oven at 175 c to warm up
2 - Cut Buttercup and potatoes into square dices
3 - Put buttercup and potatoes into small dish to roast for 30mins. Spray Oilve oil over this.
3 - After in oven for 30mins, sprinkle sunflower seeds over roast. Should cook over 15mins.
4 - Bring out of over served into a salad bowl, spray Olive oil once again.
5 - Dice advocado into squares, putting this into the roast salad. Stir until a couple of times ready to eat with either a steak or on its own.
